We offer clinically managed services that boost motivation and promote recovery by facilitating successful connections to aftercare. ITS provides structured, individualized treatment for those at risk of relapse or who are transitioning from a more acute treatment setting.

Conexiones helps patients prepare for long-term recovery in the community.

Services Include:
- Withdrawal management (Detox)
- 24/7 on-site nursing
- Aftercare planning

A licensed CARF-accredited behavioral health clinic with telehealth support.

Services include:
- Familias Unidas Outpatient Clinic
- Familias Unidas Outpatient Groups
Recovery Support Services

Peer support and wrap-around services for Latine people in recovery.

- Recovery Coaching & Navigation
- Supported Employment
- Community Support Program
HIV Treatment & Prevention

Comprehensive medical care for people living with HIV/AIDS or at risk of HIV/STI exposure.

- Tu Bienestar
- Youth Prevention
Justice & Health Initiatives

Connects participants with recovery resources to reduce criminal justice involvement.

- Early Diversion
- Re-Entry Services

Women’s Residential Treatment
(Latinas y Niños)

Our Residential SUD/COE Treatment helps women heal trauma and nurture children on their journey to long-term recovery.

Men’s Residential Treatment
(Programa para Hombres de Casa)

We help patients fill roles as nurturing fathers, caring partners, and supportive friends.

We offer safe, recovery-focused housing with case management in Roxbury, MA.

Must have:
- Section 8 voucher or waitlist
- One or more physical/mental disability
- Recent homeless status
- At least one adult (18+) in household
- 15 Single Room Occupancy (SRO) apartments
- 14 Studio Apartments
- 8 Family Apartments
