Casa Esperanza was created by and for the Latino community to empower individuals and families to heal from addiction and trauma and build recovery, wellness, and independence. One-third of Casa’s staff has lived experience of recovery, providing a rich source of guidance and hope to our clients. All direct care staff are bilingual (Spanish/ English).
Casa Esperanza fosters a team approach to our work. Team members from a range of fields, including psychiatry, nursing, social work, and substance abuse counseling, work together to provide individualized, responsive, and compassionate care to our clients.
