We are the only fully bilingual/bicultural BHUC in eastern Massachusetts.

Our Behavioral Health Urgent Care Program provides same-day and next-day appointments for mental health treatment, addiction services, referrals, and more, in a language you are most comfortable in, with providers who understand your experience.

At Casa Esperanza’s BHUC, you can access:

• Non-emergency options for behavioral health care, including same or next-day appointments
• Direct care in Spanish and English with access to interpreter services for a variety of language needs
• Treatment during expanded clinic hours, including evenings and weekends
• Access to our Patient Portal that supports scheduling with multiple providers
• Medication for addiction treatment and mental health needs – assessments within 72 hours
• Follow-up appointments to continue care within 2 weeks

Behavioral Health Urgent Care Services

• Same-day triage & assessment 
• Intake appointment scheduled within 24 hours 
• Rapid induction to Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
• Urgent psychiatric medication management
• Medical assessment within 24 hours 
• Individual and group therapy
• Immediate medical/psychiatric evaluation and assessment 
• Addiction treatment and recovery support services
• Referrals and linkages to all medically necessary behavioral health services
