Conexiones is an integrated bilingual/bicultural ATS program in Massachusetts.
Conexiones provides evidence-based medically monitored inpatient detoxification treatment that provides evaluation and withdrawal management, integrated with recovery support services. Conexiones helps patients prepare for long-term recovery services.
Our goal is to stabilize and support patients as they move forward in their recovery. Conexiones accepts most forms of Medicaid. Patients receive a full medical assessment upon admission and complete a comprehensive biopsychosocial.
Eligibility
- Massachusetts adult residents (18+)
- Struggle with alcohol or other substances
- Have psychological and social limitations at the time of admission
- Meet level 3.7 medical criteria per the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM)
- Have current and potential withdrawal symptoms that require medical monitoring
- Will benefit from 24-hour inpatient support with intensive interventions to manage mental health symptoms and stabilize recovery
- Can voluntarily take part in group and individual counseling
Services Include
- Immediate comprehensive medical and psychiatric evaluation and assessment
- Full Medical Exam within 24 hours
- Integrated treatment plans
- On-site nursing staff seven days a week for medical monitoring
- Psycho-educational and peer-led groups
- Individual counseling, recovery support, and intensive case management
- Medication management and access to Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Health education
- Crisis Prevention and aftercare planning
- Transportation assistance
