Individualized Treatment Services (Conexiones ITS)

We provide an integrated approach to medically monitored intensive inpatient treatment for substance use and medical needs, with continuing clinical stabilization and motivation for sustaining recovery and treatment in the community.

Conexiones helps patients prepare for long-term recovery in the community.

Services Include:

  • Acute Treatment Services (Withdrawal Management/Detox)
  • Clinical Stabilization Services (On Unit Psychiatry and Master’s Level Therapists)
  • Motivational Individual and Group Counseling
  • Aftercare Planning and Placement
