Casa Esperanza’s Annual Neighborhood Picnic

Event Details

When:  Saturday, August 2, 2008
            Neighborhood Picnic from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Where: 291 Eustis Street, Roxbury MA 02119

Who: The Eustis, Dunmore & George Streets Neighborhood Association’s Annual Neighborhood Picnic brings local agencies, community members, and families together to learn about the strengths of the Roxbury Community.  Over 400 people attend the event each year.

What: The day will include great food, music, fun activities for children and an opportunity for neighborhood residents and community leaders to talk about the impact of substance abuse on the neighborhood. 

Resource tables are provided for social service agencies to share information about their services, including voter registration, substance abuse treatment, mental health services, and medical care resources available in the community.
