Assistive listening devices are available at each residential facility, and at the Outpatient Services program, and the agency has a formal policy regarding the provision of needed language and/or ASL and related interpretation services, as required and requested by clients. This may include specialized materials or services beyond the normal scope of bilingual services already provided by the staff and clinicians of Casa Esperanza, Inc and its affiliates.
